Jerry Warren founded Forged Concepts in 2018 in Williamsburg, VA, a senior cloud engineer with 14+ years of AWS experience across SaaS, healthtech, and fintech. He built the firm because he kept watching growing companies pay big-consultancy prices for junior engineers, generic architecture diagrams, and PowerPoint deliverables that never made it into production.
The Forged Concepts model is the opposite: small senior team, code-first delivery, and an engagement that ends when your infrastructure is genuinely better, not when the retainer renews.
